The 3500 Internal Barrier is an intrinsically safe interface that provides explosion protection for sensor systems directly connected to the 3500 Machinery Protection System.The internal barrier is fully compatible with the 3500 system, providing a convenient and cost-effective solution for installing all types of transducer systems in hazardous areas.The internal barriers of the 3500 rack are integrated in special monitor I/O modules.These barriers provide explosion protection for sensor systems connected to the 3500 system. The intrinsically safe (IS) grounding module provides an IS grounding connection through the 3500 system backplane.The IS Earth Module requires a dedicated I/O module location and it is forbidden to use this monitor location for other 3500 system modules. This limits the standard 19-inch rack to 13 monitor positions.

Bently 3500/15-05-00-00 is a universal AC power supply, installed in the Bently 3500/05 frame power supply, used for steam turbines, compressors, fans, pumps, coal mills, gearboxes, motors and other large and medium-sized rotating machinery vibration monitoring, widely used in steel, electric power, metallurgy, chemical, petrochemical and many other industries. The Bently 3500/15 power module is a low-profile module and must be installed in the leftmost slot of the Bently 3500/05 frame. The 3500/05 frame can be fitted with one or two AC AC or DC DC power modules in any combination; Each power module can supply power to the entire frame individually. If two power modules are installed, they are one primary and one standby. When two power supplies are installed in a single rack, the lower slot is used as the main power supply, and the other slot is located in the upper slot as a backup power supply. As long as the standby power module is installed, plugging and unplugging the main power module will not interrupt the operation of the frame. The 3500 power module accepts a wide range of input voltages and converts them to the operating voltage acceptable to the 3500 module. The 3500 monitoring system provides 3 types of power modules: 1. AC power; 2. High voltage DC power supply; 3. Low-voltage DC power supply universal AC power supply and PIM (power input module) are not compatible with traditional 3500 AC power supply, high-voltage AC PIM and low-voltage AC PIM. High voltage and low voltage DC power supplies and PIM (Power Entry Module) are not compatible with the traditional 3500 high voltage and low voltage DC power supplies and PIM.

Any number of 4-channel relay modules can be placed in any of the slots to the right of the frame interface module. Each output of the 4-channel relay module can be programmed independently to execute the required voting logic. Each relay used in a 4-channel relay module has an "alarm drive logic". This alarm actuation logic can be programmed with "and" and "or gate" logic and can utilize the alarm input (warning or hazard) provided by any monitor channel in the frame or a combination of any of the monitor channels. The Bently 3500/40 Proximitor monitor is a 4-channel monitor that takes input from and utilizes the Proximitor sensor. to drive the warning device. The 3500/40 Proximitor monitors can be programmed with the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to perform any of the following functions: radial vibration, axial displacement, eccentricity, and differential expansion. The main purpose of the Model 3500/40 monitor is to provide: continuous comparison of the current machine vibration value with the set warning value, so as to sound an alarm and achieve machine protection; 2) Machine vibration information required by operators and maintenance personnel. Warning setpoints can be configured using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software. Alarm setpoints can be configured for each valid proportional value, and hazard setpoints can be configured for two of the proportional values. The 3500/40 monitor is shipped factory unconfigured. When necessary, the 3500/40 monitor can be mounted in the 3500 rack and configured to accomplish the required monitoring functions. The main functions of Bently 3500/42M displacement/velocity and acceleration monitor are: to provide 1) continuous comparison of the current mechanical vibration and configuration alarm set points to drive the alarm to protect the machinery, 2) to provide basic mechanical vibration information to the operation personnel and maintenance personnel. The alarm set points are configured by means of the 3500 frame configuration software. Alarm setpoints can be configured for each valid proportional value, while only two of all valid proportional values can be configured for dangerous setpoints. When issued from the manufacturing plant, the 3500/42 is not configured. When required, the 3500/42M can be installed in the 3500 frame and configured to perform the required monitoring functions. This allows you to store a single monitor for use in a variety of different applications. The 3500/42 monitor is a quad-channel monitor that receives an input from an eddy-current displacement sensor and a proximitor and seismic transducer and drives an alarm based on this input. The 3500/42 can be programmed with the 3500 frame configuration software to perform the following measurement functions: radial vibration, axial position, eccentricity, differential expansion, acceleration, velocity.
