"3W High Power White LED Driver The PAM2803 is a set-up DC-DC converter that delivers a regulated output current. The device switches at a 1.0MHz constant frequency, allowing for the use of small value external inductor and ceramic capacitors. The PAM2803 is targeted to be used for driving loads up to 1A from a two-cell alkaline battery. The LED current can be programmed by the external current sense resistor, RS, connected between the feedback pin (FB) and ground. A low 95mV feedback voltage reduces the power loss in the Rs for better efficiency. With its internal 2A, 100mΩ NMOS switch, the device can provide high efficiency even at heavy load. During the shutdown mode, the feedback resistor RS and the load are completely disconnected and the current consumption is reduced to less than 1μA. The PAM2803 is available in the 6-lead TSOT26 package. The AL1692 is a high performance, high power factor, high efficiency, and high current precision buck-boost and flyback dimmable LED controller/drivers for triac dimmable LED lamp applications. The AL1692 topology provides an accurate output current over wide line and load regulation. The wide switching frequency operates at boundary conduction mode (BCM) to ease EMI/EMC design and testing, to meet the latest regulatory standards. The AL1692 controller with external MOSFET can support higher output power application, up to 25W. The AL1692 LED drivers have AL1692-30BA with 400V/3A and AL1692-20C with 600V/2A MOSFET. LED Driver IC 1 Output DC DC Regulator Step-Down (Buck) Analog, PWM Dimming 1A (Switch) SOT-25 The AL8805 is a step-down DC/DC converter designed to drive LEDs with a constant current. The device can drive up to 8 LEDs, depending on the forward voltage of the LEDs, in series from a voltage source of 6V to 36V. Series connection of the LEDs provides identical LED currents resulting in uniform brightness and eliminating the need for ballast resistors. The AL8805 switches at frequency up to 1MHz.
