300MA, High Speed, Extremely Low Noise CMOS LDO Regulator. The AP2125 series are 300mA, positive voltage regulator ICs fabricated by CMOS process. Each of these ICs is equipped with a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a chip enable circuit, a current limit circuit and OTSD (over temperature shut down) circuit to prevent the IC from over current and over temperature. Description The AP3125X is a current mode PWM controller which is optimized for high performance, low standby power and cost effective offline fly-back converters. It is available in SOT26 package. The PWM switching frequency at normal operation is internally fixed (about 65kHz/100kHz). In middle load, IC will enter green mode to improve system efficiency with the help of frequency fold-back. A minimum switching frequency (about 20kHz) is set to avoid the audible noise. In no load or light load, the IC will enter the burst mode to minimize standby power. Furthermore, the frequency dithering function is built-in to reduce EMI emission. Internal slope compensation allows more stable Peak-Current Mode control over wide range of input voltage and load conditions. Internal line compensation ensures constant output power limit over entire universal line voltage range. Comprehensive protection features are included, such as cycle-by-cycle current limit (OCP), VCC Over Voltage Protection (VOVP), internal OTP, Over Load Protection (OLP) and pins’ fault protection. The AP4340 is an output voltage detector for Primary Side Control System. It detects the output voltage and provides a periodical signal when the output voltage is lower than a certain threshold. The periodical signal can be coupled by the transformer to the primary side and provided as an awakening signal for the main primary side controller. Description The AP62200 is a 2A, synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 18V. The device fully integrates a 90mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 65mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion. The AP62200 device is easily used by minimizing the external component count due to its adoption of Constant On-Time (COT) control to achieve fast transient response, easy loop stabilization, and low output voltage ripple. The AP62200 design is optimized for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) reduction. It has a proprietary gate driver scheme to resist switching node ringing without sacrificing MOSFET turn-on and turnoff times, which reduces high-frequency radiated EMI noise caused by MOSFET switching. The AP7343 is a low dropout regulator with high output voltage accuracy, low RDSON, high PSRR, low output noise and low quiescent current. This regulator is based on a CMOS process. The AZ1117C is a low dropout three-terminal regulator. The AZ1117C has been optimized for low voltage where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. It provides current limit and thermal shutdown. Its circuit includes a trimmed bandgap reference to assure output voltage accuracy to be within ±1%. On-chip thermal shutdown provides protection against a combination of high current and ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperature. The AZ1117C is available in 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V fixed output voltage versions and ADJ output voltage version. The fixed versions integrate the adjust resistors. It is also available in an adjustable version which can set the output voltage with two external resistors.
